If you are transitioning from a POS software to Lightspeed Retail, export your current inventory data from your previous POS software to a spreadsheet software file such as Microsoft Excel.If your file is not formatted correctly, it will delay your import. If we have to edit your data in any way, we will send the file back to you for your approval. Note: Data import can take 15 business days to complete.
